Psychological Problems And Managing Strategies Of The Transient Students In Four-Starred Senior Schools

According to the research, the transient students in the four stars senior middle school have psychological tendency of anxiety, self-abased, loneliness, depression, reversal mind and so on. I studied the psychological problems of these students by data analysis, interviewing some teachers and students, and than analyzed its reasons. In my opinion, the psychological problems of these students result from their own personality, family atmosphere, school education and social environment. I further mentioned that we should consider the social environment, educational environment at school and family atmosphere when we dealt with these students'psychological problems. We should provide harmonious studying and living environment for them. As teachers, we should have right educational idea and protect their right of receiving good education by perfect school management. We'd better know about the students'psychological state in time and than take active measures to direct them. Both the teachers and parents should pay close attention to the health of both these students'body and thought, and produce harmonious environment for them.
