In this paper, Han Fei's "Fa" is considered as the main line of thinking. Combining with his thinking origins , historical background, and its relations with Confucianism and Taoism thinking, we study the Ideas of the Han Fei's " Fa" and its influence and significance.The author tries to seize the core of the- "Fa" theory to study the ancient doctrine of practical significance today. The article focused on the Han Fei on behalf of the traditional thinking of "Fa" and the modern "Fa". In modern society, people should understand and grasp the Han Fei "Fa" ideological.Han Fei's "Fa" was based on "law, technique, power."He studied under Xun Zi. But he opposited to the Confucian's "ceremony". Han Fei believed "Fa" to be much more important than "ceremony". Still, Han Fei was thought to absorb a lot of Taoism. From the philosophy and concept of social and political aspects, he learned Lao Tzu's thinking.
