| The studies on job burnout of teachers and nurses are abundant.However,the research didn't extend to the civil servants in Macao.This research investigated into the structure of job burnout for civil servants in Macao with psychological research approaches.we studied the influence of individual characteristic variable to the job burnout as well.The research adopt many kinds of methods such as,literature search and analysis, open questionnaire,questionnaire investigation etc,collecting the questionnaire items, work out the initial questionnaire.After pre-trying,revise the questionnaire further, work out into a formal questionnaire.Whole research among the course,more than 600 civil servants are involve in Macao.With analysis metheds such as exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis as well as multifactor analysis of variance,building and testing the model of civil servants in Macao.The main conclusions are the following:1.The structure of job burnout for civil servants in Macao presents relatively independent and coordinate,three-dimension structure:heart and soul fatigue,passive neglect and individual achievement.2."The job burnout questionnaire for Macao civil servants" has favorable split-half reliability,homogeneity reliability and constructs validity,which accord with the demands of psychometrics.3.The demographic variable like gender,nationality,age,marital status,educational level,working time and working kind,except gender and work time,all have significant effect on dimension of job burnout. |
