Chinese art has its own spiritual individuality: integrity and continuity, so Chinese Prints are destined to be different to prints of other countries not only in materials, techniques, and methods but also in internal quality culture. It should be necessary for Prints artists to pay attention to spiritual connotation in the beginning of the 21st century. The application of native culture or foreign culture should be creative and innovative in creating prints.
