In the early A.D. 1900s, Song and Liao are the important regime in the East Asian mainland, and they are running neck Korea formed a complex and delicate triangular diplomatic relations. The evolution of political relations between Song and Liao is always affected from double relations change of Song-Liao and Liao-korea. In this interwoven and constraint pattern of diplomatic relations, Song feudal officials were gradually began to thought deeply about the international environment and their own country's position.
