The Strategy Transformation Of The Modern Fujian Christianity

From Tang&Yuan dynasty to new China, Christianity (including Catholicism and Protestantism) have ever spread to Fujian for three times. In different historical period, in order to cause the entire Fujian gospel, Western missionaries have adopted different strategies. These strategies affected whether the missionary work is successful or fail to a great extent. So, the research concerning the strategy in missionary work is very important. This article chose the period from the Opium War to the Republic of China to do this study .Through researching this time which missionary work do in China, I attempts to seek the transformation reason, performance and the influence, and makes the corresponding appraisal.
