From time immemorial, the artwork is the most special merchandise in the society, it has the attributes that are absent in the other merchandise, such as not reproducible, originally creating, and so on. Since agglomerated the human intelligence and longing for better thing, artwork is an important spirit wealth of human beings. The artwork market, which is a complicated commodity market, was accumulated in the process that human society developed into high senior civilization society from low class primitive society. In the process of Chinese artwork market development, the painter whose role had been artisan manipulated by ruling class in early time became literate artists with their own characteristic labels. Along with more and more exacerbated competition in the development of market economy, it resulted in the characteristic that literate artists are professional and professional artists are literate. Artists have businessman' s attribute and also treat current affairs or hand a problem in businessman' s way; businessmen that always occupied the senior class in society enrich themselves' spiritual and cultural needs only based on the premise that they have a great deal of material foundation, and they buy painting or talk about painting a lot to prove arty. Thus, cultural art and merchandise economy could be interacted and integrated here. The premise of their interaction and integration must be the advanced development of productive forces, the creation of surplus value and the emergence of huge market demands. As the creator of the art, artists have played more and more important role in the market where they manage themselves' works and cumulated experiences of the competition at the same time. Only marketing themselves the same as the brand would they be in invincible position and complete the change from painter to businessman imperceptibly. Now, Higher Institute of the Arts, as the cradle of nurturing artists where the good and bad are intermingled, need to further be improved on the education system in current Expansion policy. As Chinese economic level advancing, the demands of the high-quality persons with the abilities of art appreciation, marketing and planning are increasing. Also, these talents whom the country needs to standardize and stable artwork market are the backbone supporting artwork market. However, there are no especial regards and no corresponding exploitation to this professional area according the college curriculum and system at this stage. Along with the arrival of bullish art market economy, it is believed that the supply of such high-quality persons majored in art appreciation, marketing, psychology and other related specialties would also fall short of demand in corresponding.
