Literature is the art of language. Literary language reflects the world is the fundamental characteristics different from the other disciplines of the arts, exploring the relationship between language and world is contributed to the further understanding of the nature of literature, "linguistic turn" in 20th Century, providing the background for Our profound thinking literary language and the world. As a symbol of linguistics, in "Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus" Wittgenstein represent that: for unspeakable we must remain silent. In this paper, after a rough exposition to the basic framework of "Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus", expounding the details , origins and characteristics of the theory . On this basis, interpretation a problem: how to use limited to the language statement described unlimited, mysterious world. Meanwhile, view on Chinese literary theory, as early as in the writings of the pre-Qin, it was of particular concern about Literary discourse on the way in the deep relations between word and meaning analysis.
