Tang Xianzu (1550-1616), born in Linchuan Jiangxi who is a great dramatist and writer of Ming Dynasty. Tang Xianzu who is an integrity and courageous people looked down to bigwig's strong power all his life. This character in his works also reflecting obviously made him connect well to Gu Xiancheng, Zou Yuanbiao, Hai Rui and Xu Wei. "The history of the Ming" described him as "emotional generous" and "poor life", whichsummed up his life very well. In Wanli 26 years (1598) Tang Xianzu went back home in Linchuan doing drama and literature in his "Yu Ming Tang" till the end of his life.Tang Xianzu was taught by the philosopher of Taizhou School whose name is Luo Rufang when he was 13-year-old, then it was very respectful anti-feudal rulers named Li Zhi. After learn from the two big shuts, Tang Xianzu put forward that certainly "feeling" is the objective law of life which is opposed to the doctrine of the feudalism "truth". This theory with complex political conflict and rich social experience has given deeply influence to Tang Xianzu.This paper is based on Tang Xianzu's prose which isn't attached importance to other people. The major work is to put his prose in order, to explore the art style of his prose and to analyze Tang Xianzu's personality. And then research his literary theories of "Feeling" and "Intelligence" which are the two key areas of his works. His Prose Writing has a strong performance in the exposure of political corruption and the pursuit of individual liberation. The paper also probe into the era meaning of Tang Xianzu and the influence to civilization. Tang Xianzu believes that the "Han Song article, the extremely Fun", emphasizes that the key of literary works is inspiration, but not simulation. These ideas later has a certain impact to Gong' an School. It can be said that in the process of anti-simulation, Tang Xianzu was an important transition from Li Zhi, Xu Wei to the Gong' an School. His "feeling" has far-reaching impacts to the "Spirit".
