As the unique superpower during that time, Ming Dynasty had a vast territory and rich products. Highly agricultural production,abundant food supply,perfect irrigation works,advanced traffic environment,flourishing industry and commerce, all of these indicated that, as a country living in the latter period of feudal time, Ming Dynasty had a incomparable economy. The development brought flourish, but also brought a great pressure. Through the whole dynasty, how to manage the economy was the permanent question to each emperor and his ministers.After a long exploration, Ming Dynasty built a special mode to manage economy. By using its supervisory system, Ming Dynasty set up a fine supervisory-net for watching the government's finance, meanwhile, the Dynasty sent its Yushi to travel all the country in order to make the force of inspection carry through all over the country and build a high-speedway of information, thus it could offer an advantage for central government in getting first-hand information. Yushi had great power, they could not only impeach the corrupt local official, but also program the local economy directly. The system of economic inspection of Ming Dynasty ensured the development of economy and the probity of government's finance. Its unique system,basic principles,strict criterions, even its establishing,its progresses,and its maneuverability were seldom in the ancient history of law.The article tries to make economic supervising law apart from the inspection law, and arranges the law in such a system which be consisted of Duchayuan,Liukejishizhong and Tixinganchasi. This arrangement makes the procedures of each department clear: from responsibilities, to the way of working, and to the response. And, article also tries to make the economic historical materials of Mind Dynasty clear on the basis of the collection of relative law, then analyzes the circulation of the system and its progresses. At last, the article analyzes the characteristics of the economic supervising system of Ming Dynasty in its design and circulation, and points out that even born in such a condition of high-centralization of state power, the economic supervising system of Ming Dynasty still has something for us to learn.
