Shan Dong Xun Fu And Their Governing On Local Society In Kang Xi Period

Shan Dong department which located in the capital area is an important place of transportation. In Kang Xi period, the majority of Shandong Xun Fu could propose reasonable proposals, which had reduced the burden on people and safeguarded the stability of the local, most of Shandong Xun Fu were upright and honest, they worked patiently and had set an exemplary example for their subordinates. In the early period of Kang Xi, through several Xun Fu's rectification ,Shandong officials situation changed good , but in the late period it corrupted gradually .All of the Shan Dong Xun Fu had attached importance to the undertakings of cultural and education.
