This paper is composed of four chapters, which sequently narrate the Explanation of research and Analysis of the proposition TaoFaZiRan. Wholly, we precisely discuss the possible content of the proposition in pre-Qin and how it response to the History and the Reality of that Age and show the meaning of enligtment with respect to the Political Idea"WangTao"(the Way of the King), accordingly as Cultural Idea is theoretical platform of the thesis and Politics and Philosophy is its researchal method and the proposition is its testifying topic.The dissertation point out that TaoFaZiRan is not a modern shape which denotes that the Nature is the Law of the Way and a traditional type which indicates that the Natre is the Root of the Way, but a spiritual abstraction which summarily explains that the righteousness of WangTao, ie a summarized proposition of which is a enlightment of right and which is not limited to the Custom and the Eternity in the pursuit of and in obedience to going on Culture Thinking. Firstly, the thesis establishes the keynote of LaoTzu according to its diverse textbooks and times and exposes its important proposition to be differently analyzed. Secondly, we conclude its factual content from the possibilities of understanding by means of two kinds of judgement of the proposition, ie the Analytical and the Integral. Our opinion is that Tao means particularly reflection of fundamental Common-Name of pre-Qin's people's History and Reality, which is learned by themselves, and Fa is the Norm Of Common-trait being carried on to basically choose and chiefly prescribe their discerning route, and ZiRan is the cultural form of genuine essence being given critical convention and coral evolvement of their perceptive object. Moreover, the central subject of Tao has three categories,namely TianTao(the Way of the Heaven), DiTao(the Way of the Land),RenTao(the Way of the Man);its evolving course subdivides three stages, namely TaoLu(the Way of the Road),TaoDe(the Way of the Norm), TaoShu(the Way of the Form);its ideal aim is ShengTao(the Way of the wisest man)and its prime issue is WangTao and its actual testimony is ZhengTao(the Way of the Right). Samely, Fa's theoretical summation is ShiFa(the Law of studying)and TaoFa(the Law of the Way), its general use is FaZe(the Law of the Law)and its original foundation(premise)is the process of cultivating the Wisest Man. Besides, ZiJiRuCi(it is itself)is the public translation of ZiRan, of which characteristic description is TianRanWuWei(existence is nothing)and which expression is ZhengDangQiShi(enlightment of the Right)and which conspicuous function is evaluation of Tao. Only doing this can we prove the content of the proposition.
