The Educated Youth Fication Under The Ecological Criticism

After repeated difficulties, Chinese educated youth fiction has already become an important page in the Chinese history of literature by its unique text value. However, we saw these educated youth novels are educated youth in reflection, regret, or regression of humanity, completely immersed in the self-concern. This article attempts to review the educated youth life from the natural angle, so that people not only extricate from humanism traditional ideas, but also look on the educated youth and the nature local world as a whole organic connections rather than isolated, tense confrontation between the parts through carries on the reversal to the traditional mainstream value idea. Thus naturally in the new understanding and interpretation, the educated youth of life lead to reinterpreting the ultimate concern of fate, by the reproduction through going to the mountains of the countryside on the ecological environment of their own existence which caused by ecological disaster.This paper has three parts: preface, body and conclusion.The preface introduces the concept of the ecology literature and the content of the educated youth fiction, and shows the elaboration angle of the paper and the significance.The body has been divided into three chapters.The first chapter explains the departure between the educated youth fiction and the ecological literature.Ecological literature major to explore and reveal the natural and human, natural performance of the human impact, the natural position of the natural world and human contact, human destruction of nature, man and nature of integration. Moreover, the ecological literature with particular emphasis on the deep-seated causes of the tension, alienation, confrontation, conflict between man and nature. In contrast with the ecological literature, the popular fiction of the educated youth goes into the blind spot of the ecological literature. The focus of these novels used to perform the educated youth movement of people, or the educated youth, and completely ignored the human exposure to the natural one. This has left enough criticism space for carefully examining the educated youth novel from the ecology criticism's angle.The second chapter explains the aesthetic perspective"nature"missed in the educated youth fiction. Vigorous campaign of going to the countryside and the mountains directly makes the educated youth exposed to the nature. However, we saw in the novels of educated youth the authors regretted and tried to return to the human nature, immersed completely to the self-attention, this has caused the nature missed in the educated youth novel. It not only related the social and cultural background of the educated youth novel's generation and development. But also it restrained the educated youth author's standpoint and the created psychology. Moreover, it also concerns with the theory limitation of the criticism.The third chapter introduces the awareness of ecology in the educated youth's fiction.In 2002,"the Chinese educated youth folk"by the Chinese Worker Publishing house such as "exile", "no one tribe", has been shown to the ecological awareness of the educated youth writers. Thinking back to the 20th century novel of the educated youth, we can also find vaguely the awareness about the ecological problems in the works. There are many educated youth writers who have the ecology consciousness such as Zhang Chengzhi, Kong Jiesheng, and so on. In the conclusion part points that human beings must expose themselves to the large-scale systems of the natural world, and mankind is responsible for their own.
