A Research On Reform Of Drama Management Systems

The research object of this thesis is the reform of drama management system. By analyzing the traditional drama management system, it points out that traditional drama management system is a highly politicized management system that shoulders a powerful ability to integrate social and ideological function. Under this system, drama groups act as a tool for ideological missionary, the root reason of the drama management system reform is that the traditional system has lost its ability to manage effectively in the social transformation. By reviewing the dramas out of the system, it points out that dramas inevitably differentiate into forms of commercial and non-profit drama under the conditions of market economy. The differentiation of dramas shows the differentiation of social needs, and the reform of drama management system, under the market economy, should be guided by the development laws of the Dramatic Art and the changing needs of society. On the one hand, change the function of government; on the other hand, build the management system according to the development of cultural industries and the building of public culture.
