Exploring the outlet of female emotional plight is an indispensable part in her life. Embarked with the psychological motivation, the article explores her tearing experience of self-salvation. The article includes four parts altogether. The first part is an introduction, it introducing the academic study of Chen Ran and illuminates the significances and ways of the study about her. The second part analyzes her historical turning point and the intrinsic agent of writing. I think Chen Ran' success can be contributed to 90's social culture environments. Firstly, the end of unified situation brought about by rapid social transformation gave "new generation female writer" an important opportunity to make different sound. Secondly, the mass consumer culture which meets the public psychological expectations and adapts to their demand has provided their sexual writing and highlight of individual freedom with legitimate existence of space. Once again, the large influx of Western philosophical ideas of the 1980s and 1990s', such as Modernism and Postmodernism, provides their creation with theoretical support. Finally, learning from foreign literatures, reference to it and the spread of Western feminism offer them thinking guidance and discourse reference. Because the before-mentioned reasons also apply to other create of "new generation female writer", the analysis to Chen Ran of this part can be contrasted to them. As for Chen Ran's intrinsic motivation for writing ,I think it was the desire to love and the absence of harmony of love that drove Chen Ran to seek spiritual and emotional redemption. The third part discourses upon experience of self-rescue of Chen Ran. She regarded writing as exploration which escapes from plight of female spirit .Some of the most important relationships, such as to father, inamorato/ lover, friend / mother, are the hope for her redemption. But these relations are in the shadow of androcentrism, it can not save the helpless female soul of wandering in the embarrassing situation. The female has to return ego and use writing to achieve the spirit and emotion self-help. Originally, writing is a channel to explore how to save her. But finally it became a self-rescue method and trapped herself in a narrow solitary well. The fourth part of the article analyses the significances and limitations of her writing.
