Nowadays, Gambling is even more widely known to the common people, but the rampant gambling will bring forward to crazy hazards as well, which have been familiar to the officials in every dynasty who once took all kinds of measures to forbid gambling. Where comes gambling, where comes the injunction against gambling, and along with the deterioration of the gambling phenomenon, speeches against gambling have evolved to be poignant and furious, and the injunction against gambling has been produced in a stricter way, however, those actions had no effect on forbidding gambling. In the analysis on causes, emphasis and key points will be laid in the reason why gambling can survive against the injunction in Chengdu, echoing the rampant situation in the previous parts, once again emphasizing the subject and the core point of this paper. Finally, a summing-up will be done to the whole article, and a conclusion will be proposed on this basis. In short, this paper aims to supply guidance for people to look on gambling in a right way and stay away from it.
