| Ren Hongen is a famous artist in the Mid and Late 20th century in central play, not only loved by a large number of fans but also praised by many experts and medias. In the past more than half century's time, he successfully modeled a series of art images, especially clown of Henan Opera, and offered many modern plays about countryside, including the classical works: Men Happy and Horses Cry, the Wedding of the Luckless Uncle, I Love My Dad and etc.This paper researches Ren Hongen's play from his experience and characteristic of art. There are three chapters in it.The first part states his art career and achievements, which can be considered as the most complete state about it.The second part talks about the native complex in his play and its deep influence on art creation. It is the native complex that is his motivation of his insisting on creating the morden play about countryside, and the localization and livingization is one of his most important styles.The third part studies the age and art characteristics in his clown image and extends the aesthetics of'new clown'. This paper thinks it is Ren Hongen that initiated the'new clown'of'the integration of life and clown', and it must have a revolutionary influence on the inheritance and development of the clown art in Henan Opera. |
