Eight years passed since the launch of'Sword man (The Proud Youth)'----the first Knight-errant play of CCTV in 21st century. In these years, CCTV production manager Mr. Zhang Jizhong have made six JinYong Knight-errant pieces, Sword man (The Proud Youth), The Legend of the Condor Heroes, Semi Gods & Semi Devils, Return Of Condor Heroes, Crimson Saber, and Royal Tramp which is coming soon. These teleplays are all produced by CCTV itself or with the cooperation with other culture companies. Generally we call them Jin Yong's teleplay CCTV version. In eight years, the audience are hardly accept them at first, but at the end Mr. Jin Yong as well as most part of the audience confirm them. These teleplays experience a lot during this period.This article takes multicultural linguistic environment and the research of Jin Yong's novel creation arts as research background,aiming at analyzing five CCTV versions of Jin Yong play text which already broadcast according to teleplay creative arts theory. It cards the adopy and alienation between the TV series and the original novel, analyzes the differences of creative approach and art styles between the CCTV version and the Hong Kong and Taiwan edition, then discusses changing of the CCTV version in subject expression and esthetics style, and tries to analyze in-depth reason.As applied research,the paper have an objective analysis of the success and failure of the reorganizes of CCTV Jin Yong play, with the different angles such as the understanding of the original works'energetic implication, restructure of the original story and time structure, as well as the appearance, rhythm, character. Then I hope it can provide the theoretical support to the practice of the recompose of Jin Yong teleplay in the future.
