The specialty of Hongke's novels is the focus of public consideration, but researchers just pay attention to its artistic form and narration. And there are few people study the sources of its specialty, which is the very reason of Hongke's unique art.The author studies literature itself, according to the theories of aesthetics, narratology, cultural philosophy and the philosophy of life, to analysis Hongke's thoughts on life how to be influenced by early experiences and environment especially the culture of Xinjiang, and finally describes Hongke's poetic philosophy of life.Seeking for freedom which is the core and main trend of Hongke's thoughts, results from the isolation and conflict between individual and the world. Because of being full of loneliness and helplessness in his inner world, the individual has to evade. So Hongke went to Xinjiang to look for another world as his imagination's and life's shelter which should be a completely subjective world by deconstructing and then constructing his impressions and experiences. Then, he makes his characters change into plants and animals and vice versa, in the way of illusion by using artistic compilation, to find freedom, to live and to extent life in this world. Some imagoes of his novels are the mirrors which can refract the abstract relationship between the writer himself and the world. Because the conflict between reality and dream, Hongke's ego has been split into two egos, the heavenly ego and the mundane ego. And the former dwells in the moon, the sun, and the stars, while the latter lives in reality as a horse and an eagle. The writer enables the heavenly ego and the mundane ego to integrate and live forever by horse's and eagle's dying and their souls'escaping.Through writing, Hongke sails across the rough sea between reality and paradise. To build his completely own world and make it wonderful and free is the main feature, which makes him differ from other cotemporary writers including Zhang Chengzhi. It seems that Hongke follows the trail of Mr. Zhang, but actually they have differences in their own literary world, hero complex and the ways of saving themselves. In fact, Hongke creates a world, filled with fairy tales, as a shelter of our dreams.
