Modern design is increasingly searching for breaking through the bound of creativity sources, of which sensibility design may be one. Many designers are thinking about getting inspiration from human sensibility. The designers can either simulate it in their designs, or put color sensibility derived from nature, life and times into design practice.The color design of senior citizens hygienic product package is synthetically combined with both the extracted senior citizens color sensibility by chromatic fundamental knowledge and analysis of visual shape design, and mentality and visual physiological character of the senior citizens. More accord with the mentality and demand of senior citizens for color language, this design may strengthen the color character and cultural meaning of the products.With the analysis, extract and research of senior citizens color sensibility, this paper introduces them into color study to the deeper color culture probe in the view of sensibility. This paper seeks for economic benefits by endowing packages with unique changes and emotion in color and changing color tradition of senior citizens hygienic product package design.
