Excellent oil paintings can deliver the creative emotions of the artist as well as convey their emotions to the viewers.This thesis intends to analyze how oil painting creation emotions are expressed via the modeling elements from the perspective of Arnheim's visual perception and the demonstration of oil painting creation emotions in the aspects of form,space,color and material in a graphical method of visual perception.This thesis will guide the creation and practice of oil painting through the analysis on the sense and sensibility in oil painting creation.Formal aesthetic feeling possesses both the practical utility and aesthetics.This thesis intends to understand the elements of the form from the theoretical perspective by making form analysis chart.Therefore,the following conclusion can be drawn.First,adjusting the position of the form in the visual perception momentum chain.By means of gravity configuration,off-centering configuration and base hindering configuration,the impact of form on the visual impact of the picture could be enlarged.Second,the use of exaggerated distortion can also strengthen the screen configuration,bringing the visual perception tension.In addition,color,as the carrier of emotional transmission,makes different styles of painting work show varied emotional expression.It is possible to come to conclusions after a comparative analysis on color symbolism.Firstly,the warm and cold color temperature can cause visual sensation of inflation and contraction;Secondly,the overlapped color blocks can be utilized to create a sense of depth in the space;Thirdly,the psychological symbolism of color can enrich the picture emotion.Different form sizes and position relationships constitute the space of the picture.From the formal space analysis graph,we can draw that first,in the closed confined space,depth perception is the most prominent feature of spatial visual perception.Second,perceptual knowledge about the limited amount of space facilitates artists to crate an extra-virgin space in the painting.Through a comparative analysis of abstract textures,physical textures and concrete textures,it is learned that the proficient organization of texture and essential beauty requires oil patients to have both the skill and profound experience.Through the study of this thesis,we can learn that the contrast from both positive and negative perspective can not only explain the appearance of things but also shape the spatial relationships between them.Through understanding the depth of space,we canknow that the destruction or obstruction of the dynamic chain of the form enhances the visual tension of the picture,and makes the composition novel.Color and texture belong to the choice of medium in the process of creation,which depends on the symbolism of color,the beauty of the texture and the essential beauty of the material.
