American Policy Towards Lockerbie Incident In 1988

Lockerbie incident that happened had been international focus,there were two reasons ,the first it was involved in many countries ,in order to investigate this incident ,America and British cooperated with interpol in sweden .finland and malta where they collected evidence and found the clue.it was unusual.the second, lawsuit was longer ,libya was believed to do in 1991,it had been 12 years until it ended in 2003 ,it was infrequency.This thesis gives an argumentation of the background of Lockerbie inccident, the discourse of the incident ivestigation and the final solution of the inccident. The first part of this thesis mainly analyses the relationship between Qaddafi administration and U.S. government. They depended on each other ,libya depended on the America's military protection and advanced petroleum processing technique; America utilized libya'unique geography position and the rich petroleum resourceso that America contended for hegemony with soviet.the kingdom sold national rights and interests for the America enterprisement in order that kingdom could be taken up ,with a result that people was not satisfied with governoment ,at the same time ,mangement was worse with a result of corruption being popular,Qaddafi did a military coup to smooth away the power of America's economy and politics in Arab'national flag.relations of America and libya got worse ,it designed foreshadowing for lockerbie incident.The second part is mainly about the investigation of the inccident by U.K. and U.S which contains the detailed investigation discourse and a large number of proofs.at first inquisitional clue appeared in scoland locale ,after examining the plane debirs and fare hangover ,it made sure that it was high-powered bomb to cause the explode of plane. inquisitional clue also extended abroad Then, ten countries involved in the incident .after winning through the difficulty ,it was libya's intelligence agent that hatched this incident.The final part is the solution of the inccident.
