Based on the anti-subject philosophy of Michael Foucault, the paper will discuss Foucault's literary thought. It is means the paper will elaborate the anti-subject philosophy how to form a theme and what theme it forms. The paper includes three parts.Preface ,the first part, is to introduce Foucault's biography, thought and works as well as the cause, present studies, significance, and new trail-blazing point of the dissertation. The main text divides into three chapters. In chapter one, it is to inspect the Author Theory and Foucault's sight of literature appearing. At first, Foucault believes that the author is not as being earlier than the work and he is, as the representative of certain rule, the tool to confine, exclude and choose the work, which is to say"author"is a word being created. Second, there is some relationship between Foucault's challenging the subject and his discussion of literature appearing and after the appearance literature is, as a self-contained space of structure, merely a"pure presentation of language"and to"flicker in its own exist"In chapter two, based on comparison to Derrida, it is to shown the text interpret tactics of Foucault .Foucault believe that the best way is to read following the context. Returning to the Text Itself and Close Reading are the way of Foucault's reading, which has intimate relationship with Absence of the subject in Foucault's reading. Context is not to be set up but to operate naturally and the text itself separates the author from the object. In chapter three, it is to elaborate the relationship between madness and art by analyzing madness and civilization. On the one hand, at some extent the artist's madness makes the art work complete and irrational factors is the home to regulation of literature's nature. On the other hand, madness and art work can not coexist, in other word,"madness is the absence of art work". Although Foucault had consciously abandoned the utility of subject in creating art, we can find the abandoning is not complete from altitude towards the relationship between madness and civilization. The basic reason is that the experience of madness itself is very subjective. In the conclusion, the author summarizes and criticizes Foucault's literary idea in short word.
