This paper studied the difference of artistic style and scientific style, statistics and analysis concrete forms of the differences with the method of quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis. We divide adjective-predicated sentence into two forms: the simple adjective-predicated and the complicated adjective-predicated sentence. Investigate it's frequency of appearance and inner structure, try to finding out the legal forms which becomes one sentence in different style. And make the scientific explanation by this.The frequency of appearance of Attributive-adjective is higher than conditional-adjective in the simple adjective-predicated sentences. The amount of simple adjective-predicated sentences of artistic style is higher than scientific style. There also exist differences with the function.According to syntax structure, this paper analyses the complement, the adverbial, and the object of the adjective-predicated sentences respectively, discusses the differentiation of different style, analyses the cause that forming difference with form of quantization. Points out the adjective-predicated sentence's functions, with register's functions, are to depict and explain in artistic style, whose function is to restrict and instruct in scientific style.
