The perforated annotation of Chu Ci is an important work in the history of research on Chu Ci in Qing dynasty. This paper starts with the traditional method of"Knowing the person and talking about the time" to analysis the similar time background and loyalty between Chuanshan and Quyuan, as well as the emotional attitude and realistic purpose of his writing. At the same time, this paper grasps the annotation principles of the book in the whole. One is expressing the annotator's thought from explaining the profound meaning; the other is making conclusions according to the original text and facts. Then use examples to see how it carries out this principle along with its success and failure. The annotation way which blend "note" with "comment" is the bright characteristic of the book. It's also the key of this paper, and is divided into two parts "notes" and "comment" to study. The part of "note" doesn't lie in the explanation of words and research, but lies in construing the meaning, and highlighted the characteristic of "perforation", that is, value logic around links up, which is different from the traditional annotation. The part of "comment" generalizes the evaluation about Chu Ci and the view of image from the book, relating other poetic works to see the relative integrity poetic view it manifests.
