This article will discuss the similarities and differences of the synchronic development and the diachronic usage of the lower level of the comparative adverbs in the Chinese Character Table. It will be divided into two parts, excluding the preface and the conclusion.In the first part, the author will analyze the resource of the several words"shao","shao shao","shao wei","lue","lue lue","lue wei"and"duo shao", and the differences and similarities of their usage in Modern Chinese. It will analyze emphaticallythat how these words develops from the basic meanings to the recent meanings and usage step by step. It will make a conclusion of the diachronic development of these words, and at the same time describes in detail the lexicalized process of the words"shao wei","wei lue", and"duo shao". Yet it still a research in the early step in this part.The second part will focus on the synchronic analysis of the words"shao wei","duo shao", and"bi jiao". By the vast amount of the investigation in the corpus, it describes in detail differences and the similarities of these words in the sense of syntactics, pragmatics and semantics in Modern Chinese via. some specific examples. In this part, the author tries to complete and supplement the conclusion made by the previous researchers.
