| With a visual angle of native folk for analysis, by studying modern Chinese novels represented by writings of Lu Xun in the twenties,Shen Cong-wen in the thirties and Zhao Shu-li in the forties which concern the space of culture of native folk in different development stage, the commonness and the different form of expression in different period of the native folk element in modern novels were discussed, the development venation and the cause of this literary phenomena were further analysed in this paper.The paper falls into three parts: firstly, the concept of native folk was definited and the characteristic of native folk was analysed, and then the native folk element presented in modern novels were discussed. Secondly, the forms of expression in different period of the native folk in modern novels represented by writings of Lu Xun,Shen Cong-wen and Zhao Shu-li were analysed. Finally, on the basis of the second chapter, the reason why the native folk has different forms of expression in 30years of the modern literature was further discussed from the writer's angle--thedifferent way of clerisies being concerned with native folk.I think that the native folk as a new concept opens up a new,fresh and bright expatiating space. The theoretical visual angle of native folk in modern novels not only reveals the relationship between native folk, clerisy and national ideology,but also shows that the native folk containing large and scholarly contents takes part in the construction of modern literature rather than passively manifests,it has a notable impact on the development of modern literature. |
