The Research On Mao Qiling And His Ci Poetry

The research object of this thesis is the life and Ci poetry of Mao Qiling, the people left from Ming dynasty into the Qing dynasty. From a large number of historical materials, two important phases of Mao Qiling's life is selected to penetrate into his unknown inner world. Thus, a more impartial evaluation of Mao Qiling could be inferred by this historical and developing standing-point. Meanwhile, basing upon introducing the works throughout Mao's life, this thesis puts emphasis on his Ci poetry. By analyzing his Ci poetry and Ci Hua, Mao Qiling's major outlook on Ci poetry is demonstrated, from which the establishment of his viewpoint can be lucid. Moreover, Mao Qiling is distinguished on the Huiwen Poem and the foreword of poem, which is profusely expounded. In the conclusion part, probing into the characteristics of the culture in Wu and Yue dynasty in his Ci poetry, this thesis analyses Mao Qiling's Ci poetry from dimensional aspects, annotating the cultural and historical value of Mao Qiling's Ci poetry from a fresh visual angle.
