The Challenge On Contemporary Cultural Hegemony To Chinese Cultural Security And Countermeasure Ponder

The national cultural Security is the important part of the national security system. It's the soul of the whole national security. Defending Chinese cultural Security is very meaningful for protecting national security, maintaining stabilization of Chinese society, improving Chinese economic development and protecting self-determination development of Chinese culture. Nowadays, western developed countries especially America carry these policies under cultural communication, such as cultural infiltration, cultural amplification and cultural colonization. It's a tough challenge for security and development of Chinese culture. Facing this critical situation, it's very important and urgent for China to cope with this challenge and protect the national cultural security. In this article, I start from analyzing the theory of contemporary cultural hegemony and national cultural security. Footing on international and domestic cultural environment of Chinese cultural development, I focus on analyzing different aspects of challenges about contemporary cultural hegemony to Chinese cultural security. On this basis, I actively search for countermeasures for China.This article includes four parts.Part I : Cultural hegemony outline. In this part, I stake what belongs to cultural hegemony, and briefly analyze origins and main manifestations of cultural hegemony.Part II : National cultural security and Chinese cultural security. In this part, I present the overview of national cultural security. Besides staking basic connotation and location of Chinese cultural security. I also deeply analyze strategic status and present situation of it.Part III: main challenges on contemporary cultural hegemony to Chinese cultural security. In this part, I state four challenges on contemporary cultural hegemony to Chinese cultural security. The first one is rude assault of western ideology hegemony to Chinese ideology security. The second one is threat of western cultural economy to Chinese cultural economy. The third one is erosion of western languages to Chinese. The last one is influence of western cultural spread to Chinese cultural spread.Part IV: thoughts of countermeasure for opposing cultural hegemony and maintaining Chinese cultural security. In this part, I propose some suggestions for opposing western cultural hegemony and defending Chinese cultural security on increasing consciousness of cultural security, protecting security of ideology, cultural economy, language and cultural spread, setting up international cultural new disciplines and improving just, equal and harmonious international association.
