Lekang village is a village where Buyi people reside together, located in the Hongshui valley. There was the ancient Baiyue people's habitat, and it also belonged to ancient Yelang. Lekang changes from a deserted land to today's large village, including 301 families, l,500people with 21 kinds of family names. Some chronicle plays of different ethnic groups 'combination occurred in the small area of Lekang village. As a result of lots of reasons, finally Lekang village became a Buyi village. In fact the process of combination has never stopped for a while, and it is still advancing up to now. Only appears a new phenomenon in the past 10 years that the features of Buyi culture become weaker and weaker with the pace of China's modernization process. The cultural influences of Han people spread everywhere. Does the more modernization of minorities mean the more similar they become as Han people? Does the common prosperity of all nationalities lead to greater homology? This paper is divided into two parts, introduction and text.In the introduction the author explains the significance of choosing this topic, the survey of academic fruits of the areas related to this paper, and the research methods used in this paper. Six aspects are mentioned in the text.First, a general description of the actuality of Lekang village is given; the description includes several aspects from historic evolution, location, layout of village, residential characteristics to ethnic and demographic situation.Second, the sorting out and verifying of different family names' origins of Lekang village are carried out by making full use of genealogy materials and information to local records. Besides, the various reasons of migration are analyzed.Third, the ethnic combination and different ethnic groups' conformity of Lekang village are summarized and the reasons causing the fact are analyzed. In the author's opinion: broadly speaking, Lekang locates in the ancient Baiyue people's habitat, so it is normal that other nations to be here were assimilated by Baiyue people. Marriage is the "bond" of ethnic combination, and the "lube" of the conformity of ethnic groups' relationship. The civilian mutual aids and giff-gaffs in the local community are also important factors in the conformity of ethnic groups' relationship. Ethnic combination is showed in language recognition, nationality recognition and culture recognition, which reflects as Buyi language, Buyi people and Buyi culture.Fourth, the reasons of the existence of family culture, the mutual relations between family factors and village powers, and the changing of family culture with the developing of society in Lekang village are construed.Fifth, based on the characteristics of local community, some simple descriptions of the system of relatives and the featured Buyi people's title system are given.Sixth, attentions are fixed on the society vicissitude at the new epoch and the reasons of this kind of vicissitude are analyzed. Then, two problems appear: Does the more modernization of minorities mean the more similar they become as Han people? Does the common prosperity of all nationalities lead to greater homology and will it eliminate the multicultural parts in the whole culture system including the main body and multicultural parts?...
