An implement of policy, has its rationality and progress by all means. Posterity appraises it, usually takes the policy's output result as vantage point, comprehends the advantage, counts the cost, then gets his own conclusion. When analyzes the policy that Qing Dynasty sented to the descendant of Khwoja Family, the author similarly adopts the above method, take the concrete event as the main line, analyzes Qing Dynasty's corresponding policy and the result one by one.As one of the very important Isiamic forces, the formation of Khwoja family has had a significant influence on social and historical development of Xinjiang, simultaneously, intensely changed the Xinjiang area's political situation and ethnic relations, it was a social forces in Xinjiang that cannot be neglected. Khwoja family has came through the Tuqtai khandom,the Yarkant khandom,the Junggar khandom and Qing Dynasty with different circumstances and development paths. Khwoja Family's all previous activities in the Southern Xinjiang abounded with bleeding and conflict, along with booming and declining, performed a chronicle play of prosperity and declining. Take copper as mirror, one can manage the headgear well; Take history as mirror, one can know the rise and fall,clear gain and loss. After the Yarkant khandom and the Junggar khandom, how the policy Qing Dynasty sended to Khwoja Family? what is the gain or loss of the policy? What experience precept and influence has been arised? This article will give the brief analysis.
