| While studying Tang-yin ,experts in academic circles always concentrate on his prose, drawing art, the story of Qiu-xiang, but nobody studied his traveling and making friends. However, the traveling and making friends is the very important aspects in his life experience. His short life can be divided into two stages by the long scenery traveling after the unjust case of Imperial examination. We can call the first part of his life"establishing ambition", in which stage he showed intense desire to the official career. Although he displayed extraordinary talent in literature and the drawing creation aspects, most of his works followed the inheriting. The second part of his life is"adapting to ambition", his ambition or will has already had marvelous transformation in this stage. The scenery traveling, living and traveling in Suzhou, making friends ,which enormously enriched his life experience. His literature and drawing creation displayed intense innovation. He became a very popular writer with ordinary people and an artist who had unique style. He added the modern element of leisure into the scenery traveling. His living in seclusion ,traveling and making friends manifested intense popularity and decadence , which made his decadent life become unusual and splendid. |
