Studies Of Manchuria In Chengdu At The Time Of 1911 Revolution

In China, a multinational country, Manchuria is an important member and plays an important role in the development of the history as well. The Manchuria in Chengdu also plays a vital part in the development of the history of Sichuan. Centered on 1911 Revolution, this thesis describes the social life of the Manchuria and its changes in Chengdu in more than 200 years. The thesis focuses on the process and reasons of the peaceful settlement of Chengdu Manchuria and the changes of their mind caused by the dramatic social changes.The first Chapter mainly introduces situations how the Manchuria took up Chengdu.The second chapter mainly narrates the process and reasons of the peaceful settlement of Chengdu Manchuria in 1911 Revolution. This chapter initiates form the description of Sichuan Road-protection Movement to the out-break of the 1911 Revolution. The 1911 Revolution is a historical turning point of the life of the Manchuria. This thesis compares the different fate of the Manchuria in Chengdu and in other areas like Xi'an, Jingzhou and Nanjing, etc. Besides, the thesis also set large space aside to analyze the main reasons for the peaceful settlement of Chengdu Manchuria in the 1911 Revolution.Chapter 3, on the other hand, depicts the changes of the mind of the Chengdu Manchuria. This part is also very important. At the time of the 1911 Revolution, the Manchuria in Chengdu experienced great changes in both political and economic conditions, which inevitably caused the changes of their mind. The forth chapter, also the last one, briefly depicts the new political and economic life of Chengdu Manchuria as well as their new mental appearance after liberation, which results from our communist part's new ethnics-favorite polices.
