This article will reflect Zhaitan patriarchal clan's organization operation, internal management in the traditional agriculture society through researching Zhaitan's origin, development, genealogy, clan regulations, clan management, economic activity; this article also reflect traditional patriarchal clan's process of declining and dying in social vicissitude through researching correlative question of Zhaitan clan in the modern times, specially a series of politics, economy and social movement directly caused patriarchal clan's disintegrating in 20th century 50's. Because of being faint in patriarchal clan idea, deep development of market economy as well as the restriction of morden country's political system, which had decided that patriarchal clan activity in village including Zhaitan is difficult to restore in its real meaning.
