After The Second World War, the Allies occupied Germany withdivided and practiced to military control,and adopted to a series ofdemocratic reform which contains many aspects such aspolitical,economic,cultural, ideological and social practices etc. tryingto root out the causes of Nazism and ceasing Germany to be a threat tothe world peace. The Allies adopted to many various actions of "Re-education" in the ideological education, which have achievedsome certain results.It's a preparation on the basis of ideology ofGermany's democratic reform and make the democratic idea penetratedinto people's minds.The implement of "Re-education" got up with close match withother various policies of Allies.In this period, Allies introduced a greatdeal of ideas and systems into Germany.On the one hand, theyreconstructed the cultural ties between Germany based on democracy.Onthe other hand, it also had some negative influences to Germany, becausesome of these actions didn't consider the actual situation and tooidealistic.From the total perspective that "Re-education" came to a prominentresult.it was a full-scale reform which aimed at the entire cultural system not only the agency but also change the content. It used various channelsto do the education of democratic thinking to the people of the westernzones. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is introduction: In this part, writer introduced theresearch overviews of "Re-education" in the domestic and overseasrecently. And the purpose of this research.The second part is the body. It's divided into three aspects. First isthe course and background of the "Re-education" policy. Second is theimplementation of the "Re-education" policy. This aspect contains fourparts, It researched and analysis form publicity,the area of education,the ideological "Re-education" of administration and foreign exchange.Third is the reactions and reflections of the groups and the people ofGermany for "Re-education" policy. It explained from three smell parts:the churches, the Germany elite, the perspective of the ordinary people.The third part is the conclusion. Briefly summarized the success andfailure in the process of implement "Re-education" policy and theinfluences on Germany.
