Life and death are two sides of human existence.Pay attention to the death is to show better concerns for life. China suffered great misfortune in all directions in the beginning of 20th, so Chinese people at that time was facing the great predicament of existence,and the death was threatening people's daily life.As a deep observer of Chinese history, a person of foresight and a appealer of Modern Consciousness,LuXun looked death as his creative theme and one of his artistic focuses.He not only clearly recongnized the situations of himself, others even the Nation,but also deeply got to the bottom of essential life and the national rebirth through death.Compared to most people at that time evaded and had no consciousness about death,LuXun had a clear understaning of death and death consciousness.He went forward to "the grave" on his own.Moreover, LuXun had written most sorts of absurd death about humanity wilderness without the slightest sensibilities with his sober style of writing.Thereby his death consciousness had penetrated that life was absurd existence and death significance was absent in that era.He want to stire soul of the faint people and did his utmost to a method not only leading to soul inferno but also saving oneslf again.In this paper,I strive to sort out LuXun's decades death consciousness from 1918 to 1927 on uesing for the beneficial references that have been got about luXun's death consciousness and the radical Marxist Modern rational cores. The full text divides into four parts:The introduction briefly outlines the researches about LuXun's consciousness research in the past and Heidegger's idea about the modern death consciousness about "from death to life".The first chapter elaborated Lu Xun had learned through his own life experience on deathly and stillness wilderness, so he had sober and profound death consciousness: "moving towards the grave" on his own initiative and "from death to life". Meanwhile undertaken his own destiny, he sincerely paid attention to the national and nationality's death and rebirth.The second chapter elaborated all sorts of deaths writing of Lu Xun's texts from 1918 to 1927, thus he had clear insight into the tradition and the reality of his survival surroundings ---the society had been deathly, the country had been silent, the national soul had been stillness. He promulgated the death was deficient at that age and solemnly cut through the silent wildness.The conclusion briefly elaborated the profoud significance of Lu Xun's modem death consciousness.
