The Discussion And The Analysis Of Lincoln's Reconstruction Thought

Because Lincoln had taken the important place in the American history, before long the scholars both aboard and home would have studied him widely and deeply,including the study of his hought, attitude and acknowledge in which Lincoln carried out the south reconstruction. The reconstruction is both important and disputant in the American history. This paper will study the Lincoln's reconstruction from the history of thought, and study the reason of his reconstruction thought, the substance of his reconstruction and the impact of his reconstruction thought, but it is very important to study the constituent part of Lincoln's reconstruction thought, that is , the substance of his reconstruction. The author thinks that Lincoln's reconstruction thought consists of three parts: the thought of preserving the union, the thought of pardoning secessionists and the thought of racism.The thought of preserving the union is the most important in Lincoln's reconstruction thought and is successful in the reconstruction thought; but the thought of racism is the inactive part of the reconstruction, it is localization of the reconstruction, too.
