"Clever Millet",a collection of political theories, was originally lectured by the clever millet and later supplemented and revised by SuQin, Zhangyi,etc. which is an integrated whole blended with the thoughts of political opportunity, military strategists, Taoists,Xian school, Ying-yang school and so forth. Emerging from the swarms of the Pre-Qin period when thinkers of various approaches contended vigorously . "Clever Millet" not only absorbs and develops the thoughts of LaoZi and Yin-Yang school ,but inherits and further enriches Confucius'"Ming shi"(named and reference),MoDi's"Debate"and Deng Xi's dialectical logic.Part two discusses the thinking rules of Clever Millet, which ,as the main subject of formal logic ,consists of the law of identity ,the law of contradiction the law of excluded middle. The logic in "Clever Millet" refers to the concretely applied logic. Though it does not establish the theory of thinking rules, it vividly represents the thinking rules in formal logic , namely, the law of identity, the law of contradiction and the law of excluded middle.Part three discusses at full length "judgment" in "Clever Millet". Once article in it–on Decisions-explicates how to make advantageous judgments in different situation by all kinds of means from the perspective of political strategies, which fully demonstrates Clever Millet's heavy emphasis on judgment It is said in On Decisions. Which means: There upon ,at the moment of making decisions, you may predict the developing tendency of what will happen in the future by observing and weighing what're happened in the past,you may take into the consideration of what usually happen in daily life, then you can make a decision .If it is applicable. It should be settled down.This article classifies judgment into different types.(1)According to quantity, it can bu divided into one-name judgment,particular judgment,universal judgment.(2)In view of relation ,quality, it is divided into affirmative judgment and negative judgment.(3)Based on relation ,it is divided into categorical judgment,hypothetial judgment,alternative judgment .(4)According to format, it is divided into actual judgment ,probability judgment and apodictic judgment. In addition ,the relationships between various judgments ,such as conjunction,contrast,and contradiction are discussed.Part four focuses on the discussions of inference in "Clever Millet" .Inference is a thinking mold of inferring new judgment under the premise of one or several known judgment(s).On the basis of reality, people form many judgments which are interrelated on the respect of Truth value .This paper elaborates the application of logical inference and induction inference.Chapter five talks about the application of dialectical logic in "Clever Millet". Clever Millet not only applies the technique of twilight proposed by Ying-yang school an Laozi ,but also negotiate with the emperors by utilizing Dengxi's"two-ways-may-work"saying.In the last part, the logic in Clever Millet is compared with that in confusions and Mo school.
