The Study Of BaiJuyi's Proses

Bai Juyi mainly lived in the Mid-Tang Dynasty stage. He was good at writing poems and proses. The previous studies mainly concentrated in his poetry, and gave the full affirmation. This article attempts to research Bai's proses that are not often steped in, seeks Bai's ideological sphere out of the poetry. This paper can be departed into sections as follow:The introduction mainly summarized the classical prose research situation in last century and the practical significance of researching Bai's prose. Making concrete studies to the proses of TangDynasty, attention paid to the different writers were imbalanced. Beside HanYu and LiuZongyuan, people didn't throw enough energy to other writer's proses. As a participant of Tang Dynasty classical Chinese literature movement, the proses wrote to Emperor by BaiJuyi and Yuan Zhen are the spirit of classical Chinese literature innovation extended internally in royal government .The first part analyzed the factors that influnced Bai's prose composition. The Tang classical Chinese literature movement is one of the milestone -like innovations in the literature history. The political writing reformation by Yuan Bai and the classical proses reformation advocated by Han Yu carried on nearly synchroly. The classical Chinese literature movement has provided some innovational power to Bai Juyi, but Bai's articles also is an important constituent of classical Chinese literature reform. The New Yuefu movement inherited the tradition of sympathizing people from , exposed the social political darkness boldly. The similar content appears in Bai's proses, complementation has realized between them. Tang's legend has provided one plain writing way to Bai's writing. As one of the key players in Mid-Tang literature creation, he certainly promoted Tang legendary literature advancement. The Anlushan Rebellion lead the entire Tang Dynasty falls into declines gradually, ambitious scholar men got up in abundance to resist the procedure. Mid-Tang political activities laid noticeable influence on Bai in many ways. Bai Juyi took the provincial-level examination when he was 27, his political career officially started. Since then, his political fluctuation clearly represented in his prose writing.The second part has combed Bai's proses related to the political affairs. Bai Juyi has 103 sentence articles that are his test work practice before the formal examination. The content was rich, displayed Bai's moral outlook and the correlational legal regime. At the beginning of YuanHe, Bai Juyi and Yuan Zhen lived in HuaYang Temple, estimated the current event, composed 75 pieces of Celin. The thought was profound, surpassed many Bai's afterward works. His Zhigao is divided into Hanlin system and the Zhongshu system,meanwhile the Zhongshu system has division of the new and the old style.For all these are applicable, the articles have the very high historical value, have reflected certain personnel system of that time.Comparing with the Zhigao, Zouzhuang are able to manifest author's individual spirit. Bai Juyi once admonished the official, the observation was keen, dares to speak frankly.These articles refracted the humanitarianism spirit which Bai Juyi glistened.The third part elaborates the articles which doesn't have much to do with politics. The Shu, mainly is personal correspondence between he and his relatives or friends. Some are his judgments to the current event and some have manifested his literature position. In the sorrowful memorial ceremony oration and the epitaph had writen for his own relatives and friends,also, some were composed for the gentlemen of that time. In between them has flatters work ,some wrote with real sentiment, proceeded from the bottom of his heart. Now exists 20 Bai's Ji style prose, mainly records the the scenery of local areas. Zan and Ji, has reflected Bai Juyi's Buddhist studies attainments.The fourth part simply summarized Bai's prose artistic feature and the influences to the later generation.In brief, though Bai's proses didn't not so brilliant to the later generation as HanYu and LiuZongyuan's proses, they have their own value actually. Based on the society, the economical background then, the thesis trys to made every effort to carry on in-depth excavation to the object , then develop the literature research domain.
