Meditation was very prosperous in the Song Dynasty. More and more scholars felt interested about it. They called themselves "JUSHI". It became popular to make friends with Buddhist monks, that made many bonzes become poets who was good at studying of literature and have special personality. DaoQian was the most famous honorific title for a Buddhist monk, who created poems in the Northern Song Dynasty. He was in close contact with a lot of writers, such as SuShi, QinGuan and so on .His poetical work were in a elegant style, which manifested his appreciation of the beautiful as a monk, that had been carried on from the monks , and beloved by most scholars. His works influenced many writers and their creations. The used scholars who study DaoQian's poems usually emphasis his friendships with other writers , someone made he and others confused . For the lack of materials and my low level, there will be many mistakes in my article . I put point in the works of DaoQian , that will be different with others ,because the story of all his life was so little ,and they were contradictions. Please don't be sparing of your opinion to criticize it.
