With the rapid advance of information technology globalization as well as science and technology, Multicultural education becomes the one of the hot topics.School education must reinforce the culture experience of students and prove the culture details of students. Through understanding own cultural stirred up the strong proud of feeling and sense of pride, then comprehend and respect other cultures. This also put forward a new request for music education, leading the world music teaching into the middle school classroom, treating music culture by "Multi" angle, becoming the important idea in music teaching. As a carrier of course, the teachers' attitude to multicultural music education influences teaching result directly.It is necessary for the teachers to understand multicultural education, and to improve The middle school teachers' consciousness of multi-culture education. This thesis analyzed the factors that affect the teachers' consciousness of mufti-culture education in detail based on the evaluation of the Lanzhou middle school teachers' consciousness of multicultural education, proposed some approaches to construct the courses to train the kindergarten teachers' multi-culture education consciousness.The first part (Preface) of this thesis presented the proposal of this research. It gave the background, goal, benefit, and approaches of this research, as well as the literature survey.The second part of this thesis (Chapter 1 to Chapter 3) Explain the mufti-culture music education and conclude the function of the teachers' attitude in the mufti-culture music education. This thesis gave the status of the middle school teachers' consciousness of multicultural music education. Based on the question-and-answer survey, observations and interviews with the middle school teachers at Lanzhou city Gansu province, their multicultural music education consciousness level is evaluated, and the factors that affect it are given.The third part of this thesis (Chapter 4) presented the proposals on how to solve the problems. This part theoretically analyzed and the factors that presented some helpful thoughts on the construction of courses to train the middles school teachers' multicultural music education consciousness.
