| For a long time, the theory of ethic construction research focuses on strengthening and improving the moral education, put emphasis on the inherent ethic forming mechanism, with less restrictive mechanisms on the external control system of the moral construction. This pattern did not gain effectiveness for moral building. So people are exploring various ways and means positively to enhance the actual effectiveness of the moral construction.This thesis is based on the above understanding, institutionalized perspective is introduced into the moral construction research, basic academic analysis is given to moral institutionalize construction. Ethic institutionalize serves as one of the effective ways of moral construction, the reasonable and restrictive analysis of the ethic institutionalize will help us strengthening ethic institutionalized consciously in moral construction.The necessity exists in: the principles of social demands and moral survival. Social demand principle is explained from three aspects: objective requirement of social restructuring, inevitable requirement of market economy, inherent requirement of a harmonious society. Moral survival principle is analyzed from four dimensions: strengthening the main moral awareness, having a full effect on moral function, raising the authority of moral system and the promoting of the development of the current ethics.The feasibility exists in: the view of the objective law of moral, the perspective of social control theory and the levels based on facts. The view of the objective law of moral consists of the analysis of two aspects: moral and institution, self-discipline and external restraint. The view of control on society is analyzed from the three perspectives of the consistency of the goals of social control and value-oriented, the hierarchy the range of regulation mode and the compatibility Of the scope of regulation. The perspective is based on facts verify the possibility of moral institutionalized from historic, foreign and realistic level of "moral legislation" moral. After analyzing the rational basis of moral institutionalized, we will face with the construction of how to institutionalize the moral system scientifically and reasonably in our life.
