Due to the unlike development process and language situation, there are many differences between Taiwan Mandarin and Beijing Mandarin. One of the most important factor causing the differences is the influence of MinNan dialect on Taiwan Mandarin. We can find frequently a great deal of phrases and grammars of MinNan dialect in mandarin newspapers in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to examining the lexical features, syntax features and pragmatic features which were borrowed form Taiwanese in Taiwan Mandarin and emerged in Taiwan mandarin newspapers. It has been shown that the Taiwanese-Mandarin code-mixing is the result from language contact. Thus from study, it's helpful to realize the language change of Taiwan Mandarin.
