| Most of the studies on reduplication are based on syntactic, while this paper tries to discuss the temporal pragmatic reduplication of modern Chinese through the everyday language.The paper contains six parts, the main contents are as follows:1, The author makes an overview on reduplication, and defines the pragmatic reduplication scope, which means the same speaker will temporary use partial or whole part of the same language unit or structure mode that is identical in use.2, Then the author settles up three modes, which are reduplication mode A, additional mode B, and reduplication structure C.
