In current research we analyze the background of information age. We realized as information age came, the individual design of product can hardly become more necessary. Then we make an intensive study of the theory of personality and the application of individual design. Following this we found some problems and defect, confirming the direction of the study. So we defined the study individual design of product based on customer's affection need.In this study we focus on the customer, isolate the individual need of customer from the complex affection need. Also the methodology of emotional design is used in the research of individual design. It makes the individual design deep into the customer's affection, and meets the customer's individual need.This study should be done in two ways.
