Whofhart,Pannengberg is a leading figure in contemporary theology, one of the greatest Protestantism theologians in the 20th century, the typical representative of eschatological theology .His eschatological theology refers the Hegel's historical philosophy and inherits Christianity's Protestantism the tradition of interpreting the Holy Bible too. For a long time, most western scholars paid attention to his works—Systematic Theology, and only a few scholars were concerned on his theological anthropology which was praised one of the greatest works of theological anthropology in the 20th century by Olson, with unique methodology and understand of the human nature deeply. Consequently, it is enormous valuable to academic research. Meanwhile, it will offer some references inevitably to make policies of different humanization for our country in human-oriented age. There are three obvious characteristics in eschatological theology:First, theology responds the criticism of contemporary atheism .Second, the theology is supposed in advanced and will be actualized at the moment of eschatology. Third, the theology merges other natural disciplines. Theological anthropology that embodies three characters exactly is the key to understand the thought of Pannenberg's eschatological theology. The theological anthropology argued the consummation of human's mission and destiny in summary. He argues that "a full theological anthropology would have to include as well as the actualizing of this destiny ,which is the theme of God's redeeming work, its appropriation to and by us, and its goal in the eschatological consummation ","include not only the biological foundations of the human form of life, its nature, and its position in the world but also the social relation in which human life is lived and which help to condition individual identity in the process of socialization." So, Pannenberg's theological anthropology adopted writing method that theology interrelated other human discipline , the structure that faith crossed reason each other, the object that human were in the historical process ,the foundation that was based on God the clue that was actualized human mission and destiny, responding the contemporary atheism as the aim. This paper is composed of four parts:Part one narrates Pannenberg's life and the evolution of his theology: not only reappears the course of his growth but also sums up the development of his thought.Part two argues the process of modern atheism emergence, development and points out the goal of Pannenberg's theological anthropology. Moreover, argues academic significance and realistic significance.Part three narrates the anthropology of fundamental theology and dogmatic theology according to the time order that were introduced by him.Part four points out that although theological anthropology originated from his view of revelation, theological anthropology do not transcend the belief in particular.
