The intersubjectivity is a category projecting in the western philosophy in the 20 century. It focuses on the interrelationship between subjects. It is similar to the ancient Chinese aesthetics based on the philosophical concept of "the nature and man united as one", so there exists the foundation and the possibility of dialogue and communication naturally. From the perspective of intersubjectivity, this paper investigates Zhang Zhupo's theory on comment of novels in the early Ching dynasty, announcing the intersubjectivity in his comment. The full paper is divided into six parts. The first part makes a comprehension of the intersubjectivity and the literature intersubjectivity. The second part makes an analysis of the recessive and dominant factors in Zhang Zhupo's comment on novels based on intersubjectivity. The formation of intersubjectivity is influenced imperceptibly by the cultural foundation of "the nature and man united as one", the historical cultural context from conflict to alignment in the early Ching dynasty and the comment of novels based on the consignment of life meaning of cultural tradition of scholars; But the poor sorrow life experience and life appreciation helped him realize his acquisition of intersubjectivity more directly. The third and four parts states Mr. Zhang's creation theory and accept theory medium of intersubjectivity. Around the whole creating process of " city well writing" Jin Pin Mei , Mr. Zhang announced to public writer in the comment on art purely imaginative, life the experience, art conceive outline and the art expression etc. the intersubjectivity at each stage; during the reading it emphasizes quality of appreciating the intersubjectivity , valuing reader andwriter, and the exchange between reader and text based on intersubjectivity. The fifth part analyzes Mr. Zhang's intersubjectivity as a novel critic. In the concrete comment, Zhang Zhupo reached the common feeling of "high mountain flowing water" type with the writers, making the most sincere emotion exchanges originally with novel text, and went deep into appreciate nature to the object corpus. The last part summarizes the significance and position of Zhang Zhupo's intersubjectivity in the comment of novels in the accepting of Jin Pin Mei and in ancient Chinese history in the novel comment.
