| How a socialist country with backward economy and culture will realize and deal with capitalist factors in economic life in industrialization process was and still is one of the important theoretical and practical problems encountered by the communists. During the national economy recovery period after the founding of the new China, the Chinese Communist Party had combined the basic Marxist principles with actual conditions of China, stuck to productivity standard, and implemented a"utilization and limitation"policy on private capitalism, which had given an impetus to the completion of task of national economy recovery effectively and is also a successful pratice of the CCP's policy to private capitalism after the founding of the Republic. This thesis tries to carry out systematic and deep research of the"utilization and limitation"policies of the CCP to private capitalism during the recovery period of national economy, sum up its experience and lessons, and connect the practise of development of private sector economy of our country at present stage, so to conduct some deep-level consideration about the"utilization and limitation"policy and to provide references for some problems existing in the private sector of the economy of our country at present.This thesis is divided into six parts.In Part I, it expounds the theoretical origin of the"utilization and limitation"policy. This thesis holds that the classical authors of Marxism and Mao Zedong's thoughts on utilization of capitalism are the important origins of"utilization and limitation"policy. According to their historical times and specific conditions of their respective countries, Marx and Lenin had deeply and theoretically expounded the importance and urgency of"exploit capitalism to construct socialism". Mao Zedong, for his special position in the CCP, his correct understanding of Chinese private capitalism in the New Democratic Revolution period had largely determined the enaction and implementation of the"utilization and limitation"policy. |
