There were a large amount of "Shameless action" phenomena in folk society of Qing Dynasty. Especially in the Southeast coastal area and Chiangnan area which are relatively developed. The phenomena are more general. The way of "Shameless action" probably includes the shamelessness of patients and old person, women's unruly action, acting shamelessly with the corpse on the way and even by the means of murder. The ways were so cunning and unreasonable that made people flabbergasted. In response, there are prohibitions of "shameless action" in Qing dynasty regulations. For "Shameless action" and "Intimidates" are related closely in the law and in reality, The goal of this article lies in discussing the processing way and the impact of the government authorities in view of "Shameless action" cases on the basis of the definition of the legal relation of "shameless action" and "Intimidates", also by the means of analysing many cases about the phenomena, thus further revealed the socio-economic causes that the corpse was widely used by "shameless action".
