| In recent years, more and more students are admitted into universities and thus an increasing number of students are poured into the human resource market, but many enterprises complain that they can't find ideal employees they expect for. The main cause for such a phenomenon is that some students have problems with their vocational psychology, so they can't meet the needs of the society. Therefore there is much necessity for us to cultivate university students' professional quality and train their vocational psychology because it is beneficial for our quality education as well as for the training of qualified graduates and thus can help students find jobs successfully after their graduation.The purpose of his paper is to make a comprehensive analysis of all factors which may exercise a negative effect on university students' growth.
